  1. 1Please download and complete the 3-day food record prior to your initial dietitian visit.
  2. 2Classes are available to patients who have a family physician that is part of the Barrie and Community Family Health Team (BCFHT). Exceptions include: Bone Health and Fracture Preventions, Weight Loss Surgery/Post-Bariatric and Prenatal Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding classes are available to non-BCFHT patients.

Patients interested in seeing a Registered Dietitian should speak with their Physician or Nurse Practitioner for a referral. Once the referral is received, the clinic will call to schedule the first appointment. For North Simcoe Muskoka Trans Health Services, patients can self-refer by calling the provided number.
