Patient Instructions
  1. 1If you are a NEW PATIENT to Student Health Services, please register and book an appointment online.
  2. 2If you have been previously registered at Student Health Services and would like to see a doctor, you may call or book an appointment online.
  3. 3Access to Student Health Services and the online booking system is designated for students only. Staff booking requests will not be accepted.
  4. 4For medical assistance outside of clinic hours, contact your family physician, call the BC Nurses line by dialing 811, or go to a walk-in clinic close to your location.
  5. 5For urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, visit the Metrotown Urgent Care and Primary Care Centre or the Edmonds Urgent Care and Primary Care Centre.
  6. 6For emergencies call 911 or go to your local emergency department.

  1. 1The BCIT Applied Research Liaison Office (ARLO) is located on the second floor in Wing E of the BCIT Centre for Applied Research and Innovation (CARI) at 4355 Mathissi Place, across Willingdon Avenue from the Burnaby campus.
