  6. 6If your health insurance card is expired, you will have to pay for your consultation. You will be given a receipt to claim fees from RAMQ. To avoid paying, call RAMQ at 418 646-4636 and ask them to fax a confirmation of registration to the clinic at 418 781-0327 BEFORE your consultation.
  7. 7If you are not insured by RAMQ, you will have to pay for your consultation and will be given a receipt to claim fees from your insurer.
  8. 8To renew regular medications, ask your pharmacist to fax a renewal request to 418 781-0327 or make an appointment with your family doctor. Fees may apply.
