The CEO of Cortico releases Cortico’s pricing publicly and breaks down the features of each tier.

For those who are new, Cortico is a powerful platform that can eliminate all kinds of tedious clinical tasks for your practice. Cortico takes care of all these tasks, so we can focus on what really matters, which is patient care. Have you ever tried to call a clinic but found that you’re on hold for over 20 minutes? That can be super frustrating. Cortico aims to reduce those tedious tasks, one patient at a time. So now we know what Cortico can do for clinics, I’m excited to share that today Cortico will be making its pricing public.

Thanks Ashley, and thanks for having me on the podcast. It’s my first time, so I am excited to share this information as well because transparency has always been one of our core values. Getting way back to our original team before Cortico, which is our web agency, Countable, which built the product and at that time, we really didn’t know how to price this sort of thing that was offered out to a lot of different businesses because we were really a custom software agency. But now being a SaaS company we’ve, I think, come to understand that and we’re confident enough in the model of charging per user per active provider that has a schedule in the EMR. And we’re confident that our pricing is fair and are a great deal for users. So we want to put it up there, and make sure that everyone can see it, and our team feels great about that.

Awesome, thanks so much for that Clark. So how much does Cortico really cost?

The first thing to mention is that for some users, it’s free because the Division of Family Practice is paying for Cortico, so it depends on your region. Make sure to ask us about that and we’ll help you secure funding if possible. In any case, Cortico has a wide range of packages to meet the needs of different clinics. There’s a few clinics that are using only our appointment reminder system, and that might be specialists, for example, who aren’t really doing online booking but they still want reminders for the patients, and that’s the cheapest package at $30 per user per month. So per specialist doctor that’s using the system, and that also includes the patient messaging system that allows you to send messages from your patients including files from the EMR. Once you step up to the next package at $69 a month, and that’s our standard package that a lot of the original Cortico users had was our standard package that has pretty much all of our features. You can see those all on our website if you click on features. It’s a bit long to go through all of them here, but basically it’s the online booking system, which is our flagship product. It’s really popular and really flexible and offers a ton of add on features such as the telehealth. The next package is our premium package and that’s for customers that need a little more customization. It’s priced at $109 per full time provider per month. This package has unlimited custom forms, as well as white labeling, meaning you can display your clinic’s brand during the booking experience. We think all these packages are very flexible and provide a lot of great value, but some clinics really want to build their own custom software in some cases, and we’re able to accommodate that as well.
