  2. 2If you are a pharmaceutical representative, please indicate the doctor you want to visit and email your request to ajaxharwoodclinic@gmail.com.
  3. 3If you live in Ajax and wish to be added to the new patient waitlist, please email us with your request.
  4. 4Patients of Dr. Maria Yu, Dr. Ian Watson, and Dr. Vivian Lo can book appointments as usual.
  5. 5If you are a patient of Dr. Carlos Yu, you will need to come during his drop-in hours.
  6. 6For medical emergencies, please call 911 and/or visit the closest emergency department.
  7. 7For Presence Therapy, a referral from your family doctor is required if you are not already a patient of Dr. Carlos Yu.
  8. 8For Wellness Tuesday Nutrition Classes, simply check in at the front desk or sign in on the registration sheet upon arrival. No need to book in advance.
