  2. 2Do not eat a big meal 1 hour prior to your session. We suggest you enjoy your session on a near empty stomach to allow the Ballancer®Pro to properly drain your lymphatic system in your abdomen and lower organs.
  3. 3You may bring your headphones if you would like to listen to your favourite music or podcast.
  4. 4Wear something comfortable (loose or comfortable clothing, tights, jogging pants, etc). Please avoid wearing clothes with zippers or buttons.
