- 1Located not too far east of Historic Downtown Bowmanville, at St. George and 222 King Street EaSt. The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College is on the west wing ground floor (near St. George Street) at the end of the hallway to the right of the elevator.
- 2Amplifon Clinic Bowmanville is on the ground floor just to the left of the south wing entrance (right beside Bowmanville Eye Centre).
- 3Durham Radiology Associates is to the left of the west wing entrance from the parking lot.
- 4King Physiotherapy and Foot Clinic is on the lower level of the east wing in suite 101, adjacent to LifeLabs and Live Well Exercise Clinic.
- 5Grandview Kids has two accessible parking spots designated for families, which are the first two spaces in the main lot located on the north side of the east wing.
