  9. 9For medication renewals (no refills), send a request through the patient portal or call your medical homeport clinic.
  10. 10For specialty care referrals, call PSMAC at (800) 404-4506 after two working days to schedule your appointment.
  11. 11If referred to a TRICARE provider in the community, check authorization status on www.tricare-west.com.
  12. 12If referral not authorized within 10 business days, contact Health Net Federal Services at (844)866-9378.
  13. 13If issues with referral after contacting PSMAC and Health Net, call the Referral Management Center (RMC) at (360) 475-4455.
