  2. 2For substance use services, self-referrals are accepted by calling 613-722-6521 ext. 6508.
  3. 3Self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the building.
  4. 4Wear a mask at all times inside facilities, especially when exposed to COVID-19, symptomatic, or in outpatient group settings.
