Patient Instructions

  3. 3Bring two forms of Identification, with at least one being a legal picture ID (e.g. driver's license, passport).
  4. 4Do not drink excessive amounts of fluids prior to testing for drug and/or alcohol tests.
  5. 5Bring a list of current prescription medications, or the actual containers.
  6. 6Remain inside the clinic until all tests are completed.
  7. 7For full RN/Physician Medicals, expect 20-30 minutes of paperwork and 45-60 minutes for the exam.
