  3. If you have had cold or flu symptoms within the last 5-10 days, please wear a mask when entering the clinic for another 5 days after the 5-day symptom period.

  1. Located on Fairview Street in the Fairview Business Park, situated between Guelph Line and Brant Street, just a few blocks south of the QEW.
  2. It is a short distance from the Burlington GO station.
