  2. 2If you need to be seen in the office, please contact us directly to facilitate your appointment.
  3. 3We will connect with you the day prior to your appointment for a pre-screening review.
  4. 4You will be requested to bring and wear your own mask or cloth face covering during your time at the clinic.
  5. 5Please arrive unaccompanied (unless required medically), no more than five minutes before your appointment.
  6. 6Please use the washroom prior to leaving home for your appointment.
  7. 7We will ask that you wash your hands thoroughly upon entering and leaving the treatment room.
