  3. 3Allow ample time for your concerns (standard appointments are normally 15 minutes for 1 major or 2 minor health concerns).
  4. 4Confirm your attendance in advance via messaging service.
  5. 5Update the front desk to any changes in your personal information including phone number, address, email, etc.
  6. 6For new medication prescriptions, an in-person visit is required.
  7. 7For existing prescription renewals, call your pharmacy and ask them to fax a “Renewal Request” to the clinic.
  8. 8For test results, a secure messaging service is offered; patients can opt out.
  9. 9All referrals and investigations (X-ray, MRI, Ultrasounds) require an in-person visit with your Family Doctor.
  10. 10Telephone consultations occur at the individual Doctor’s discretion and must be booked in advance.
  11. 11All fees for uninsured services must be paid in full before documents can be released.
