Instructions

  1. For your first session, you will need to have the Client Medical History forms and Waiver of Liability filled out.
  2. The therapist requires a space large enough to fit a massage table (approximately six feet long and three feet wide) and be able to move around the table during the massage.
  3. The therapist will arrive around ten or fifteen minutes before the appointment time to set up the table and have a brief intake before the session begins.
