  7. 7If you are requesting a visit for a child or a dependent, they need to be at the virtual visit.
  8. 8If you do not have a primary care provider and are not on the Need a Family Practice Registry, you can register online or by calling 811.
  9. 9If you have a primary care provider, you are only allowed two free basic care visits per year through VirtualCareNS.
  10. 10If you need urgent medical attention, please call 911 or visit your local emergency department.
  11. 11Children aged 15 and younger should be registered as dependents on their guardian's account.
  12. 12Dependents must be able to attend any visits you request for them.
