Patient Instructions
  1. 1Call the office to book appointments for ear flushing, immunizations/injections, pre-op physical forms, routine baby/child check-ups, and new ICBC claims/MVAs.
  2. 2Do not use the online booking system for specific appointment types (ear flushing, immunizations, pre-op forms, baby check-ups, ICBC claims).
  3. 3A $40.00 late cancellation / no show fee applies for appointments cancelled less than 24 business hours in advance or for no-shows.
  4. 4Each appointment should be booked to discuss ONE concern; book separate appointments for additional concerns.
  5. 5Appointments can be cancelled through the online booking system or by calling the office during regular phone hours (minimum 24 hours in advance).
  6. 6Do not cancel appointments by e-mailing the clinic.
  7. 7Adjust booking time to Pacific Daylight Time if electronic device is set to another time zone.
  8. 8For video call/telemedicine appointments, log in to the unique link provided 5 minutes before the appointment.
  9. 9For flu shots for children 6 months to 3 years old, call the office to book an appointment.
  10. 10For flu shots for patients 4 years old and over, contact a local pharmacy.
  11. 11For COVID-19 vaccines, register with the Get Vaccinated system.
  12. 12For routine infant and early childhood vaccines (0-5 years), phone to request an appointment with the RN; do not use online booking.
