  1. 1Payment is collected at the time of booking your appointment when using the online booking system.
  2. 2If payment is not collected at the time of booking, it is due to your therapist at the time of your session.
  3. 3Credit card information is collected as part of the registration process to secure your file in case of outstanding charges, no-show appointments, or late cancellation fees.
  4. 4Any cancellations under 24 hours OR a failure to show for your appointment booking will incur a FULL FEE CHARGE to the credit card held on file.
  5. 5If credit card is not available for cancellation/no-show fees, other payment arrangements need to be made prior to the initial session (e.g., cash credit or cheque to be held on account).
  6. 6A $5.00 service fee is collected when processing fees using a credit card.
  7. 7There is a $25.00 charge for each cheque returned from the bank due to insufficient funds (NSF). If an NSF charge has been placed on your account, another method of payment is required for future services (cash or credit card).
  8. 8E-Transfers payments are accepted for sessions if received 12-24 hours prior to session times.
  9. 9To minimize charges for billable time outside of sessions, share information during your sessions.
