Referral Process: Caregivers of children aged 2 years 9 months to 4 years 9 months can self-refer. For children aged 4 years 10 months to 17 years, referrals are made through Recovery Alberta. Many programs require a referral from a physician, therapist, or the child's school.
How to Refer: For 3-5 year olds: Fill out the referral form and fax or mail it to CASA Centre or Fort Road. For 5-17 year olds: Call Recovery Alberta intake services for a phone interview.
