  1. 1For patients with a family doctor at HMC: Book a Same-Day appointment or a standard appointment online. If you can’t find what you need, please call the clinic.
  2. 2For patients without a family doctor: Book a Walk-In Clinic spot online, by phone (780-865-3338, press 6, line opens at 9am), or in-person (doors open at 9am).
  3. 3Pap tests, form completion, and Driver’s Medicals if over 75, are not seen in Walk-In Clinic. Call the clinic to book an appointment for these if you do not have a family doctor.
  4. 4To be added to the family physician wait list, you must already have a chart in the system. If new, call to create your chart and provide an email address.
  5. 5To be added to the waiting list or verify status: Call 780-865-3338 ext. 7, leave a message with first name, last name, and date of birth. Register each family member separately.
  6. 6Pregnant patients without a family doctor can call 780-865-3338 to book an initial prenatal appointment.
  7. 7For emergencies, call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department at the Hinton Healthcare Centre.
  8. 8To send a message to the clinic or your family doctor, or submit documents/photos securely online, click the provided link. If you do not have a chart, you will need to register.
  9. 9Keep your email address, phone number(s), and emergency contact up to date on your clinic chart.
