Patient & Visitor Experience

Public Funding Children, adolescents, and adults. Specific programs have age ranges: Adult Crisis Program (18+), PACTT (55+), RAPT Clinic (18-65), ACTT (18-54), Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Program (adolescents), Child and Adolescent Inpatient Unit (under 18), Child and Family Clinic (up to 18), Day Hospital Program for Youth (14-18), Young Adult Eating Disorders Program (18-25).

Instructions

  1. Participation in the program is voluntary.
  2. Cancellations require a minimum of 2 business days' advance notice. Inadequate notice could result in a fee to the client or termination of service.
  3. A valid Ontario Health Card is required for OHIP coverage.
