  5. 5For allergy injections, be prepared to remain in the waiting room for 30 minutes after the injection.

  7. 7Book a follow-up appointment to discuss test results if needed.
  8. 8For STI testing without symptoms or if a sexual partner tested positive, book a nursing appointment or drop-in to an STI self-test clinic.
  9. 9If you are referred to a specialist, check that contact information (address and phone number) is accurate and wait for a call, email, or mail from the specialist's office or our clinic.
  10. 10For TB testing, bring all relevant forms and documentation to all appointments.
  11. 11For record transfer or copies, complete the Consent Regarding Personal Health Information form or obtain records in person with identification.
  12. 12For same-day mental health therapy, no appointments are needed; students will be given an approximate wait time upon arrival.
  13. 13Students must be currently living in Ontario to book a mental health appointment.
  14. 14For academic accommodations, register early to ensure your accommodation plan is in place for the first day of fall term classes.
