Instructions

  1. For SPRAVATOâ„¢ treatment, plan for rides to and from the clinic as driving is not permitted until the day after a session, following a restful sleep.
  2. For SPRAVATOâ„¢ treatment, avoid eating two hours before and drinking liquids 30 minutes before taking SPRAVATOâ„¢.
  3. For SPRAVATOâ„¢ treatment, if taking nasal corticosteroid or decongestant medicine, take them at least one hour before SPRAVATOâ„¢.
