  1. 11 issue per visit only; if you have more, you will need another appointment on a different day.
  2. 2Login at 9AM every Monday-Friday to book same day afternoon appointments.
  3. 3Check Google for updated clinic hours.
  4. 4In-person visits are required to discuss results.
  5. 5Book online ASAP to secure an appointment.
  6. 6Notify of cancellation at a minimum of 1 hour BEFORE your appointment to avoid a $50 no-show fee.
  7. 7If late without attempt to call or email within 10 min of your appointment, a $20 late fee applies.
  8. 8Check the validity and coverage of your health card; expired/invalid/no coverage incurs a $60 fee (refund provided if updated valid HC# within 3 months).
  9. 9Visitors to Canada or without coverage pay $125.
  10. 10If you cannot communicate in English, you must be accompanied by an interpreter or translator, or prepare your problem and symptoms in English.
  11. 11Be kind to office staff.
