  2. 2Any patient who screens positive, will be asked to reschedule their appointment to a minimum of 14 days later.
  3. 3Prior to entry, all patients must contact us via phone, text, or email. To best service our patients, please use the texting function.
  4. 4Masks are required upon entry.
  5. 5Everyone must maintain a six-feet distance from each other as they move through the clinic.
  6. 6Only the person scheduled for an appointment should enter the office, unless they are a minor accompanied by one parent or guardian, or a patient requiring assistance.
  7. 7All co-payments are taken upfront on the day of service.
  8. 8Cash and cheques are no longer accepted as payment.
