Patient Instructions
  1. 1Online registration for walk-in opens each regular clinic day at 8:00am.
  2. 2In-person registration for walk-in opens each regular clinic day at 8:30am.
  3. 3Registration for walk-in is for an in-person and not a virtual visit.
  4. 4If "Walk-in, Provider" is listed on the provider page, spots are available.

  6. 6For walk-in appointments, come to the clinic to register on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  7. 7Walk-in should be used for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
  8. 8Do not use walk-in for life-threatening situations (call 911 or go to ER).
  9. 9Walk-in is not recommended for routine prescription renewal; see regular physician.
  10. 10For travel health clinic, fill out the traveller health form and submit online, print and bring to clinic, or mail to clinic.
  11. 11For travel health clinic, call (204) 822-4474 and select option 4 for voicemail callback.
  12. 12Travel health clinic prefers to see patients at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
  13. 13There is a $25 cancellation fee for missed travel health appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
  14. 14Travel health payments must be paid in advance of visit (Cash, Debit, Credit accepted).
  15. 15If you haven't received a call within 10 days of submitting a travel health form, call the clinic to inquire.
  16. 16When the clinic contacts you, it will be from a BLOCKED NUMBER.
