  1. 1Please arrive at our office as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible, no earlier than 5 minutes ahead.
  2. 2Do not bring extra people with you unless medically necessary.
  3. 3Face masks are no longer required by Provincial Health, but are optional while in the office.
  4. 4For telehealth appointments, allow a 60 min window. Be ready and confirm that your phone is near and turned on, with the volume up 15 minutes prior to your expected call window.
  5. 5If you wish to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee of $35.00.
  6. 6If you cannot be reached for a telehealth appointment, it is considered a no-show and a $35 missed appointment fee will be applied. Contact the office as soon as possible to re-book and avoid the fee.
