  1. 1For new clients, please contact our reception to arrange a primary care intake or schedule an appointment if you are already a registered client to access primary care services.
  2. 2Same day appointments available for registered clients.
  3. 3You need to be a registered client of AHT in order to access Chiropody service.
  4. 4Clients do not need a doctor’s referral to access physiotherapy.
  5. 5New clients can self-refer to the Mental Health program for intake and appointment is necessary.
  6. 6For existing clients, please call reception to make a Mental Health appointment.
  7. 7Currently our psychiatry services are at capacity and we are not accepting any new referrals. Please contact CAMH for immediate support.
  8. 8New clients must complete an intake and appointment is necessary for Psychiatric/Psychology Services.
  9. 9Once reviewed, appointments for psychiatry or psychology are made by Community Mental Health NP and Community Mental Health RN following a review of the referral by Babishkhan intake staff or other AHT provider.
  10. 10For existing clients, please contact our reception to make a Psychiatric/Psychology appointment.
  11. 11Walk-In Counselling Services in person or by phone are available Wednesdays and Fridays, 10 a.m-12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  12. 12Clients also can book a scheduled appointment for Walk-In Counselling.
  13. 13New clients can self-refer to the Child and Family Therapy program for intake and appointment is necessary.
  14. 14For existing clients, please contact our reception for Child and Family Therapy.
  15. 15New clients can self-refer to the Aboriginal Mental Health & Addictions Program (AMHA) for intake and appointment is necessary.
  16. 16For existing clients of AMHA, appointments contact reception or AHT providers can schedule appointments for clients.
  17. 17New clients can self-refer to the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Program (RAAM) for intake and appointment is necessary.
  18. 18For existing clients of RAAM, appointments can be made through reception or AHT providers can schedule appointments for clients.
  19. 19Clients must be a registered AHT client and self-identify as Indigenous for Traditional Services.
  20. 20For existing clients, please contact our Traditional Services Coordinator to schedule an appointment.
  21. 21New clients can self-refer to the Two-Spirit/Trans* Services program for intake and appointment is necessary.
