Instructions

  1. Bring your health card (OHIP card), a photo ID with current address, list of allergies and medications, and any test results, x-rays, letters or reports from other facilities.
  2. Do not bring any valuables to the hospital (cash, jewelry or other important items).

Getting Here

  1. The Emergency Department entrance is from Dundas Street, located in the Fell Pavillion, 1st Floor.
  2. Hospital entrances are also available on Nassau Street (closing Feb 9, 2024), Leonard entrance, Dundas entrance, Bathurst entrance, and Krembil entrance (corner of Leonard and Nassau).
