Referral Process: All patients must be referred by a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Referrals are accepted via Ocean e-referral, mail, or fax.
How to Refer: Providers can make a referral through the listed services and programs.

Urgency Levels: Children with hemoptysis will be seen on an urgent basis. For children requiring admission, contact the Emergency Department. For respiratory emergencies or sudden unwellness in followed patients, recommend emergency department visit or communication with community physician.
Average Wait Times: 4-12 months for an initial appointment, depending on symptom severity.
