Patient Instructions
  1. 1Patients must remain in the clinic for 30 minutes following their allergy shot and be checked by the nurse before leaving.
  2. 2For immunization notifications from Ottawa Public Health, contact them directly with the form and child's yellow immunization record.
  3. 3For prescription renewals, contact your pharmacy and have them send a renewal request; allow 7 days notice.
  4. 4The office is closed for lunch daily between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
  5. 5The office is closed on Sundays and all Statutory Holidays.
  6. 6The phone system is not set up to accept voice messages.
