  2. 2To be seen by a physician, you need to be an active patient and call ahead to schedule an appointment.
  3. 3For LifeLabs walk-ins, take a number by the KIOSK at the front desk.
  4. 4All patients communicating with staff must be respectful and kind.
  5. 5Drop off stool samples between 7:30am and 11:30am.
  6. 6For urgent care or if needing to be seen within 7 days, call the clinic directly.
  7. 7Do not call the clinic with online booking requests.
  8. 8Do not call the clinic to request an earlier appointment unless symptoms have changed.
  9. 9Book medication renewals when picking up last refill or at least 2 months prior to needing it.
  10. 10Do NOT ask your pharmacy to send a prescription renewal request unless you want to pay the $25.25 fee.
