  1. 1Bring prescription (not required for initial visit) and recent imaging reports if applicable.
  2. 2Bring current shoes that are worn most often (home/work/leisure).
  3. 3Wear shorts or pants that can be rolled above the knee.
  4. 4Have knowledge of insurance details prior to appointment.
  5. 5BioPed intake form complete in advance preferred (sent by email to the BioPed clinic).
  6. 6For medical footcare, bring a list of medications.
  7. 7Remove nail polish before medical footcare appointment.
  8. 8Arrive a few minutes early to fill out an intake form for medical footcare.
