Instructions

  1. Cancellations and rescheduling within the cancellation period (more than 24 hours prior to your appointment) can be done through the online booking system 'Jane'.
  2. For urgent matters, call and/ or text Stacey at 416-389-5571.
  3. If you must cancel within the 24 hour cancellation window, Stacey will try her best to fill the appointment slot. If your appointment has been filled, there will be no charge. If a client short notice cancels or no-show an appointment, Stacey will have to charge for the missed appointment, full massage fee.
