  1. 1For ICBC clients, contact the clinic before booking online.
  2. 2ICBC clients must provide personal credit card information, claim number, date of accident, date of birth, personal health number, adjuster and lawyer names and contact.
  3. 3ICBC clients are responsible for any additional amount not covered by ICBC and for no show/late cancellation fees.
  4. 4ICBC clients should keep the clinic updated on their current adjuster.
  5. 5All clients are required to have their credit card on file prior to their first appointment.
  6. 624-hour notice is required for all cancellations; missed visits without adequate notice will be billed.
  7. 7For virtual sessions, ensure a private location, a device with video conferencing capabilities, and a good internet connection.
