Patient & Visitor Experience

Public Funding 0-18 years of age (potentially up to 21 if already receiving services through an ICY Team)

Best Fit Patients

Children and youth (0-18 years of age) and their families experiencing significant difficulties related to thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Instructions

  1. Contact your local CYMH intake clinic, teacher, other school staff, family doctor or nurse practitioner to ask for a connection for Integrated Child and Youth Teams.
  2. For immediate support in a suicide crisis, call 1 800 SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433).
  3. For mental health issues, call 310-6789 (24 hours).
