  2. Prescription renewals, paperwork requests, wart treatments, regular injections, pap tests and issues that have been present and unchanged for several weeks should be dealt with at a scheduled appointment NOT at the urgent care clinic.
  3. Staff are not at any time permitted to give out the name of the doctor on-call.
