- 1Call 811 or go to Health811 to speak with a trained nurse if uncertain about the urgency of your problem.
- 2Prescription renewals, paperwork requests, wart treatments, regular injections, pap tests and issues that have been present and unchanged for several weeks should be dealt with at a scheduled appointment NOT at the urgent care clinic.
- 3Staff are not at any time permitted to give out the name of the doctor on-call.
- 4You may not pre-book an urgent care visit time over the phone.
- 5You will not be able to call and speak to the doctors, but the staff can take a message from you.
