  1. 1All non-urgent appointments must be scheduled online with OceanMD. Please do not phone the office for non-urgent appointments.
  2. 2For urgent appointments please phone the office to schedule with your attached practitioner.
  3. 3Medication that has run out is not seen as an urgent appointment. Please call your pharmacist for an emergency refill and schedule a regular appointment with your Family practitioner to update your prescription.
  4. 4For Emergencies you should proceed to your nearest ER or call 911.
  5. 5Please allocate extra time for parking, or consider alternative transportation such as carpooling, public transit, biking, or walking whenever possible and physically safe to do so.
  6. 6Please note that you must have pop-ups disabled in order to access OceanMD.
  7. 7Enter your legal first and last name, date of birth and provincial health care number. Please note that you will need to enter your information as it is listed with the Medical Services Plan of BC (MSP).
