  3. 3If you are interested in booking online with your family physician, please contact the front desk to send you an On-line Booking Invitation.
  4. 4Please note some visits will still need to be booked through the front desk as they need to be booked with our Primary Care Nurse. These include: Well Child immunizations, Pre-op forms, Driver’s Licence medicals, Insurance Forms, and School Forms.
  5. 5If you have an urgent medical need when the clinic is closed, please visit a local walk-in, urgent care or emergency room.
  6. 6If you are in need of a family physician, you can call the Family Doctor Finder Program at 204-786-7111 and they can assist you in finding a doctor.
  7. 7Please do not have any medical records transferred until after your first appointment.
