  1. 1Appointments are required for blood collection service.
  2. 2If you have a referral, you may book an appointment for blood collection at this location anytime online or by 1-833-637-1350 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
  3. 3Appointments are walk-in only and cannot be booked in advance for Virtual Urgent Care.
  4. 4If there is no physician onsite for Virtual Urgent Care, patients with emergency health matters should call 911 for emergency care.
  5. 5If patients are under the age of 5, we recommend calling ahead first for Virtual Urgent Care.
  6. 6A referral (requisition) from your doctor and an appointment are required for an EKG.
  7. 7A referral (requisition) from your primary care provider and an appointment are required for an x-ray.
  8. 8Please check with nursing staff if you want to visit outside of the standard visiting hours (1 p.m. to 8 p.m.).
  9. 9Patients coming to the site for Emergency Care should see an onsite triage nurse and register as usual.
  10. 10If a physician is not on-site for Emergency Care, patients with urgent, but non life-threatening health matters could see a doctor virtually (online rather than in-person).
  11. 11If the collaborative emergency centre is closed this means there is no physician onsite and we are offering virtual urgent care only.
  12. 12If you need help immediately, call 911.
