  2. 2Masks or face coverings are still required at ALL locations of the NNFHT if you have respiratory symptoms of any kind. Bring a mask or one will be provided.

  4. 4The After Hours clinic is for rostered patients only and for urgent issues. Non-urgent issues (prescription refills, immunizations, test results, form completions) will be asked to make an appointment with their family physician during regular office hours.

  1. 1A new Nurse Practitioner run clinic is now accepting applications!
  2. 2The office is located at 318 Ontario St. in St. Cathrines.
  3. 3If you don’t have a family doctor and have a valid Health Card, you can drop the forms off to 318 Ontario Street in the Pharmasave Medical Clinic Building.
