  2. 2If you are outside of Canada, we cannot book telehealth appointment for you. Please seek medical advice from a qualified Doctor in the country you are in.
  3. 3WhatsApp is an alternative way for those who wishes to book through WhatsApp message over phone calls. Patient booking through telephone, email and WhatsApp are of equal importance.
  4. 4Text message to the phone number will NOT be responded. This WhatsApp account is not monitored 24 hours.
  5. 5For submitting images for Doctors, please contact the office for direction. Images sent to this Whatsapp Account will be automatically removed.
  6. 6If you experience longer than usual waiting time, please make use of other booking methods or try again in an hour.
  7. 7Please do NOT use the online payment portal unless you have received instruction from our medical office. We will NOT be responsible for processing refunds on the improper use of this payment system.
