Specialized MHSU Outreach Services Referral Information

Referral Process: Referrals are required for most specialized services. For Acquired Brain Injury Program and Developmental Disabilities Mental Health, contact the program for a referral package. For the Regional Eating Disorder Clinic, a referral from a family doctor, nurse practitioner, or specialist is required, along with specific lab tests and an ECG.
How to Refer: For EPI, call the nearest office, fax referral forms to 250-645-8039, or email epi@northernhealth.ca. For the Regional Eating Disorder Clinic, referrals are made by a family doctor, nurse practitioner, or specialist.
