Patient Instructions
  1. 1A referral from a Medical Doctor or Nurse Practitioner is needed to access MSP-covered medical services.
  2. 2No referral is needed to access non-MSP medical services, allied health services, or MSP virtual group medical visits.
  3. 3For MSP Medical services, after referral acceptance, patients are added to a waitlist and contacted for initial consultation. Intake process includes signing Patient Engagement Agreement, attending Orientation Group Medical Visit, and completing Intake Questionnaire.
  4. 4For MSP Virtual Group Medical Visits, patients can self-book and complete any session as an entry point to other sessions.
  5. 5Patients may be asked to fill out intake questionnaires online or in person prior to their initial assessment.
