  5. 5Maximum 2 parents/caregivers per patient; no siblings.
  6. 6Bring patient's CareCard, current medications, photos of rashes.
  7. 7Do not bring food/drink unless instructed.
  8. 8Payment for no-show fees is required before new appointment (cash in exact amount or credit card).
