  3. 3If you need urgent care, please call your Doctor’s office or visit your nearest Emergency Department.
  4. 4Patients aged 65+ eligible for a home visit should visit NHAFC.ca for a foot care prescription form for their doctor to fill in to enable direct billing to AB Blue Cross.
  5. 5Keep receipts for tax purposes as services are classified as “medical expenses” by the CRA.
