Eden Mental Health Centre Referral Information

Referral Process: Patients 18 years and over are admitted through the Emergency Department. Admission may be voluntary via referral or involuntary as outlined under the Mental Health and Consequential Amendments Act of Manitoba. For outpatient services, a referral letter from treating psychiatrists or primary care providers is required.
How to Refer: For inpatient services, admission is via the Emergency Department. For outpatient services, fax a referral letter to 204-325-8429. General Practitioners can contact Eden Mental Health Centre (toll free 1-866-559-2555 or 204-325-4325) to be connected to the psychiatrist on call.
