The clinic is the corner unit with a separate entrance on the ground floor beside Fresh Slice Pizza facing Bennett Street.

Patients can book appointments online. Dr. Cindy Chang's patients should schedule their first visit as an in-person appointment by booking online. Patients assigned to Dr. Ann Lin should wait to book their first appointment upon her return, but active medical issues can be booked with locum Dr. Chow.
