Best Fit Patients:Children, seniors, and elite athletes seeking sports injury rehab and prevention, as well as those with chronic pain and movement dysfunction.
Patient Instructions:
  • For first appointments, please come 15 min earlier than your scheduled session to fill out intake forms.
  • Bring athletic attire for ease of access to soft tissue treatment sites (ie. shorts, t-shirt).
  • For ICBC cases, bring claim number, name of adjuster/lawyer, and date of accident.
  • For Worksafe BC (WSBC) cases, bring claim number, contact information of employer, and company name/address/phone number.
  • For MSP Premium Assistance, provide personal health number and date of birth to determine qualification.
Physical Directions:
