Patient Instructions:
- Bring health card for registration.
- For X-Ray: Wear loose, comfortable clothing without metal zippers, snaps, or buttons. Remove any jewelry, eyeglasses, or metal objects. Inform the technician if pregnant.
- For Abdominal ultrasound: Avoid eating or drinking for 6-8 hours before the exam.
- For Pelvic ultrasound: Drink at least 32 ounces of water an hour before the scan and avoid urinating until after the procedure.
