- All patients presenting to B24 requesting to see a physician are required to have their personal healthcare card AND a valid piece of government issued ID.
- Please ensure that your Health Care Card is valid before you come for your visit.
- If you expect to arrive at the clinic within 4 hours of our closing time, it is best that you call the clinic to ensure that our walk-in clinic is still accepting patients.
- If you feel that you are having a medical emergency, it is best that you direct yourself to the emergency department or urgent care rather than coming to our walk-in clinic.
- If you come in to see a physician for a work related injury you need to inform the front desk staff of such so that the correct paperwork can be completed.
- Please do not use email to send any patient-related information or inquiries. Our email is not monitored for patient communication and is not HIPAA compliant. If you wish to schedule an appointment or speak with a doctor, please call our office directly.
